Using Midan

You must be 16 or over. Keep your sign-in code private and use the app lawfully.

Prices and estimates

Prices, deals, recipe costs and nutrition or allergen information are estimates or user-contributed and are for guidance only. We do not guarantee accuracy or that you will save money. Always check the price and the label in store. All prices include GST.

Your contributions

By sharing a price you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and allow us to show it anonymously to other users. Do not upload anything unlawful or that belongs to someone else.

Rewards

Any points or rewards exist only inside the app and have no cash or real-world value.

Limits and changes

Some features have fair-use limits depending on your plan. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice. Nothing here limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
